How far will you travel for events?

We cover events throughout Central Florida with no travel fees for assignments within the Orlando metro area. We also travel statewide for events in Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville, and nationally for major conventions in Las Vegas, San Diego, and beyond.

What types of events do you cover?

We specialize in corporate events including conferences, conventions, trade shows, galas, award ceremonies, brand activations, product launches, and VIP receptions. We also cover nonprofit fundraisers and organizational events across Central Florida.

What is included in your corporate event photography packages?

All standard packages include full editing and post-production, high-resolution image delivery via secure download link, and a pre-event consultation. Same-day media selects and expedited delivery are available upon request.

Do you provide Certificates of Insurance?

Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and provide COIs naming the venue or organization as Additional Insured — a standard requirement at the OCCC, Walt Disney World Resorts, and major Orlando hotels.

That’s right, we cover every size event and can bring our portable studio to events such as a office summer party, school or charity ball and set it up so people can have stylish portraits taken of themselves, their family and friends. Any restrictions or privacy concerns regarding publishing imagery of your chosen site are to be confirmed with clients / organisers before your event takes place.
